Privacy and sourcing support

We operate a trade sourcing service. To provide the account, AI answers, supplier searches and usage credits, the service processes account details, procurement questions, AI responses and usage records. AI requests are processed by our server and the configured AI and trade-data providers.

Assisted sourcing

This is the default option for new free accounts, but it requires your explicit confirmation during registration. Authorized procurement-team members may review your sourcing conversations to understand what you want to buy and offer purchasing assistance. We will not contact suppliers on your behalf without your approval.

Private AI sourcing

Our procurement team does not have a conversation-viewing interface for Private accounts. Saved AI conversation text and related search-log details are encrypted on the server. This is not end-to-end encryption: the service must process your question to generate an answer, and configured AI or trade-data providers may process the request. Creating a separate procurement project from a Private conversation is currently unavailable because project fields are not covered by the same chat encryption.

Account and usage

We store your email, name, selected visibility setting, verification status and credit activity. New free accounts must verify their email before using welcome credits. Existing accounts are not automatically changed to Assisted visibility.
